Sci fi dine-in Theater -- just sayin'...

i just don't think you feel it's worthy enough.. it's always the one you ask 'how excited are you really?' when we're looking to shed out the unnecessaries.

Can't remember where it was, I think maybe WDW Today and they said the cost to the taste of the food just wasn't worth it. That was one of my main concerns. It's the 3rd most expensive lunch meal we're having though, without the novelty of the other 2 (amazing cheesecake and music). That thread now brings up a new concern though, having to sit in the back seat and stare at peoples heads sounds weird haha.

I will say that some of it sounds cool, if we had a front seat that would be cool. The person who talked about the trailers being recognizable from MST3K sounded cool. I'm down with the atmosphere, the onion rings and milkshakes.

I just want to make sure that I don't repeat a 50's Prime Time thing here, where a bunch of people loved the novelty of the restaurant, but the food was average to below average (if you don't have Disney colored glasses) and expensive and then the novelty pissed me off, ya know?.

and about sci fi, i've heard nothing but praise for the food. you love milkshakes..theirs have godiva chocolate liquer in them (orbiting oreos)! we're getting the chance to dine in convertibles under the 'stars' and in front of cheesy 50's sci fi horror movies. i think you're gonna end up loving it. =)
