Space Mountain closed at the end of Saturday (April 18 2009) for it's major 7 month refurbishment. No walls are yet in place around the mountain, but the building has it's main entry doors closed. Cast members are posted in front, along with some signs to indicate the refurbishment with an opening of Winter 2009.

Can't wait to see what they do with it, you should check out ride footage so you can see how it was.
